These rules apply to all Drifters offers except when specifically varied.

Terms and Conditions

1. The term 'Voucher' includes paper Vouchers and the single use of an Offer Code.
2. Vouchers may only be used for holidays booked with the Drifters Booking Office using the Drifters website availability search.
3. All bookings must be made with members of the Drifters Waterway Holidays group.
4. The discount is the face value of the Voucher, or percentage discount, and applies to the brochure price of the holiday excluding damage waiver and extras.
5. The discount applies only to self-drive narrow boat holidays.
6. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively, and is subject to availability.
7. The discount applies to the boat and is not per person.
8. One Voucher per holiday.
9. The discount cannot be combined with any other offer, whether from Drifters, Tesco or the individual boat operator.
10. Vouchers are valid for holiday bookings confirmed by 31/07/07.
11. Vouchers may not be used on any existing booking.
12. Vouchers may only be used once.
13. Vouchers may only be redeemed when submitted at the same time as the booking form.
14. Photocopied, mutilated, faxed or defaced Vouchers will not be accepted.
15. No responsibility can be taken for any Vouchers lost by the holder. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
16. The contract will be between the hirer and the individual Drifters member, whose booking conditions, as contained in its brochure, will apply and the member company will be responsible for the accuracy of the information contained therein.
17. Drifters Leisure Ltd cannot be held responsible for the suitability or otherwise of any holiday taken.
18. Drifters Leisure Ltd will not accept responsibility for any damages, loss, delay, injury, death, accident or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, act of God, nature, mechanical failure, sickness, strikes, law and politics during holidays taken using any Voucher.
19. The cash redemption value of any Voucher is 0.001p and apart from this no alternative will be offered.
